I am looking for experienced commercial lines agents to help grow our commercial lines side of the agency. Serving our community for over 15 years, Lifetime Insurance and Switch Insurance Group has operated as an Independent Insurance Agency Representing Multiple Insurance Carriers for Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Life Insurance. We offer growth opportunities within the agency and help professionals develop their skills and knowledge while embracing modern technology to maximize their earning potential.

The ideal candidate would be a licensed agent with a network of small business relationships and a passion to build a book of clients. We give you the tools needed to do this by means of competitive rates, technology, and outstanding customer service. The result of this skillset allows the producer to earn higher commission percentages than what the industry is currently offering and a mix of office and work-from-home environments. We offer flexible working opportunities. We will provide an office for you in Shelby Twp., or you can work remotely or a mix of both. I am looking for someone who is self-sufficient, knows the industry well, has established connections, and has a great personality and sense of humor (we like to laugh). We do offer new business leads and strategies to build your pipeline, but we are also looking for someone who has their own source of continued business. Commissions payable at 75% New and 50% Renewal with a first-year bonus of 85% New Business Commission!

Position is straight commission. If you are doing things right, your income should exponentially grow year over year. Residual income is what makes agents wealthy.
