Commercial Door and Hardware Installer

We are seeking a self motivated individual with 4+ years of commercial door and hardware installation.
We offer piece rate/ per unit pay and paid travel expenses.
Ideal candidate should be able to perform the following tasks with little to no supervision:

• Read construction drawings and documents to complete jobs.
• Inventory and organize materials on site per door schedule and noted locations.
• Demo and prep area for new door frame, door, and hardware installation.
• Familiar with welded, knock down, and masonry installations of frames.
• Familiar with all types of hinges, panic devices, actuators, handles and locks.
• Familiar with mechanical and electronic door devices.
• Experience with laminating doors is a plus.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• The employee is frequently required to stand for 8 hours or more; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
• The employee must regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and infrequently lift or move more than 100 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• Must have a valid driver’s license 
• Must have reliable transportation
