We're looking for a 2nd Shift CNC Setup/Programmer with experience in Mazatrol and Esprit software to set up and program CNC Lathes and Swiss lathes. Pay: $25 - $32/hour (Depending on experience)
Schedule: 4pm - 2am, Monday - Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and set up CNC lathes, mills, and Swiss lathes using Mazatrol and Esprit.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering plans, and GD&T to plan and execute machining projects.
• Ensure precision by measuring, testing, and verifying first-run and sample workpieces.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, and fine-tune machining processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure peak performance and safety.
• Document and communicate shift updates, job progress, and ongoing needs to ensure smooth workflow.
• Contribute to LEAN practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Technical expertise: 2-3 years of CNC machining/setup experience or an associate degree in a related field.
• Software knowledge: Familiarity with Mazatrol and Esprit required.
• Problem-solving mindset: Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and think critically.
• Attention to detail: Strong understanding of machining tolerances, GD&T, and quality standards.
• Hands-on skills: Comfortable with forklift operation, setup, and preventive maintenance.
• Team player: Positive attitude with excellent communication skills to work across shifts and departments.
