Job Details We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated CNC Operator to join our well-established and growing team. The successful candidate will be a key player in our manufacturing and fabrication operations, utilizing their expertise in laser cutting and waterjet machines as well as light programming experience to deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
1. Operating and maintaining CNC machines (experience with Trumpf laser cutting machines is a big bonus).
2. Light programming of Trumpf laser machines and other CNC's for various cutting operations, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks.
3. Utilizing waterjet cutting techniques as required, maintaining a high level of proficiency and safety.
4. Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
5. Light troubleshooting any issues with the laser cutting machines and resolving them promptly to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC or laser cutting operator.
2. Proficiency in operating and maintaining CNC's (preferably laser cutting machines like Trumpf).
3. Introductory experience in waterjet cutting and laser machine programming + desire to expand your skills here.
4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
5. A commitment to ongoing learning and development, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and techniques in laser cutting.
