Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA

Schedule Details: Variable Shift/Schedule, 8-hour shift, 32 hours weekly

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required qualifications:

• PharmD: Doctorate of Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy

• Washington Pharmacist License

• When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license

• Where applicable, Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)

Preferred qualifications:

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience

• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
