Chiropractor Brookfield WI (20 min W of Milwaukee)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our busy, well-established Chiropractic practice full time in Brookfield, WI. Our state-of-the-art office is in Brookfield, a suburb of Milwaukee, close to the entertainment, restaurants, and shopping within the city. Ideally, we are looking for a chiropractor who has a strong passion for natural, neurologically based chiropractic care- someone who is compassionate and thrives in a team setting that aligns with our mission to restore hope and function for families in the Brookfield and Greater Milwaukee communities. While certification is not required, experience or interest in spinal decompression, red light therapy, or functional movement is a strong plus. Must be proficient or willing to train in manual adjusting (Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson) and/or instrument-assisted care (PulStar).

Duties:
Perform new patient exams, report of findings, and re-exams with clarity and confidence
Take/analyze X-rays
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Educate patients on care plans, health outcomes, and natural healing
Chiropractic care- (manual and/or instrument-assisted) Palmer Package: Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, PulStar Instrument Adjusting, Spinal Decompression (Back on Trac Table), Red Light Therapy, Functional Movement Assessment (preferred but not required)
Documentation/Charting – timely and accurate within our EHR system
Collaboration with colleagues and support staff for comprehensive patient care
Participate in weekly team trainings and community outreach
Help manage flow of the clinic and ensure a high-touch, high-trust patient experience
Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
Chiropractic license in WI
Experience or interest in spinal decompression, red light therapy, or functional movement is a strong plus
Must be proficient or willing to train in manual adjusting (Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson) and/or instrument-assisted care (PulStar).

Full time
Salary (range):
$70k-$90k plus Bonus Compensation!
