Chief People Officer / Head of Talent High-Growth Venture | Series C

The Opportunity

The role has an initial focus on People recruiting great teams and retaining them. You will have the support of an experienced in-house recruiter but the role requires top level strategy in addition to short term process. It will suit either a CPO / HRD with a specialism and passion for hiring & retention OR a Snr Talent Acquisition expert looking for a broader role.

Youll bring:

• Start-Up experience this is a unicorn growth experience so hustle is non-negotiable.
• Solid experience in a technical market engineering, industrial manufacturing, infrastructure
• An analytical and process driven mind.
• Comfortable operating in multiple jurisdictions. International a bonus.

Location:

The business is based in the Northeast U.S. Will suit locally based candidates OR those open to relocation. DC would also be considered. The right candidate will need to be willing to embed themselves in the mission.
