About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Patient Safety Officer with a medical degree, a valid New York State License, and a minimum of 5 years of clinical and administrative experience. Key qualifications include residency training, board certification in a respective specialty, and a preference for a Master's degree in a relevant field. The role also involves supporting system-wide patient safety initiatives, coordinating safety surveys, and mentoring staff on safety goals and reporting.
