About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide clinical leadership and set a bold innovative agenda for excellence in clinical care delivery. The CMO will be responsible for all medical affairs, physician leadership development, and organizational quality, with a focus on clinical standardization to ensure high-quality patient care and improved patient experiences. This role demands a genuine and authentic leader with the ability to build relationships, advocate for providers, and foster alignment and engagement. The successful candidate will be a physician leader with a Doctor of Medicine degree, board certification, and a strong background in clinical operations, quality, patient experience, and safety. Previous experience in a senior medical leadership role is highly preferred. The ideal CMO for the company will have a proven track record of strong leadership and clinical credibility, and a commitment to high-quality healthcare delivery. They should be adept at navigating complex health systems and be dedicated to fostering integration and cohesiveness within the organization. The role is pivotal in the expansion and development of the hospital's services, particularly in the context of the new Patient Care Pavilion. The CMO will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that the hospital continues to meet the growing needs of the community while maintaining the highest standards of care.
