About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive team. The CFO will be a strategic partner and leader, overseeing all financial operations, including operating plans, FP&A, revenue models, and budget analysis. This role is critical to the company's mission and growth strategies, and the CFO will be responsible for providing financial and operational information to the Co-CEO, participating in strategic planning, and ensuring the company's financial performance aligns with its goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years experience, with a strong background in the media, technology, or adtech industries, and a proven track record in managing high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include financial management, operational management, M&A/corporate development, and team management. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with the ability to influence and inspire and will be expected to lead by example, modeling a culture of collaboration and transparency. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or similar advanced degree, experience in M&A, and a demonstrated understanding of finance, business management, strategic planning, accounting, IT, and operations. The CFO will also be involved in compensation and benefits management and will be expected to mentor and develop their team, as well as guide cross-divisional teams where necessary.
