About the Role
As a Chat Support Specialist, youll engage with patients and prospective clients in real time, providing answers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding care. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Respond to incoming chat inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
• Provide information about dental services, insurance, and appointment availability.
• Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations and update patient information as needed.
• Collaborate with the front office and clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and patient satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up on patient inquiries to ensure resolution and build long-term relationships.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Need:

• Previous experience in a chat support, customer service, or administrative role, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to grammar, tone, and empathy.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Proficiency with chat support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
