Job Description
Akkodis is seeking a Change Manager for a Contract job with a client in NYC, NY(Hybrid) . This role requires expertise in Asset Services and a proven track record in delivering complex projects.
Rate Range: $58/hour to $62/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Change Manager job responsibilities include:
Leading coordination across Front Office, Operations, Technology, and support teams to implement change initiatives.
Working with end users to define functional requirements and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution and production parallel activities.
Tracking and communicating project delivery status while identifying and managing project risks and issues.
Ensuring compliance with enterprise change management standards and collaborating with subject matter experts for requirements gathering and test preparation.
Managing communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful delivery of change programs.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or a related field.
Strong experience in Asset Services and Global Markets operations.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, managing risks, and adhering to structured project management methodologies.
