Today, we’re reinventing parking to make everyday experiences remarkable. Responsibilities Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently to transport passengers to their destination. Provide an exceptional client and customer experience: answer questions, offer city directions, and ensure positive interactions. Perform vehicle inspections, maintain bus cleanliness, fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers. Maintain punctual attendance, keep uniform, and carry a valid state‑issued driver’s license at all times. Maintain an acceptable DMV record. Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager. Communicate debris, spills, and other maintenance alerts to the garage office. Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized. Possess thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist passengers. Assist customers with luggage on airport shuttle routes. Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed. Hold a driver’s license with F‑endorsement or a CDL Class A/B with Passenger (P) endorsement, and a current Medical Card. Work first, second, and third shifts and weekends; overtime is offered as needed. Floater Driver candidates must operate E‑Lot & C‑Lot shuttles with no restrictions and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; schedules are determined with two‑week advance notice. Pay range: $26–$28 per hour. Tips are earned when working the customer lots. Qualifications Education: Less than high school education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. License: Valid CDL Class A, B, or C with Passenger endorsement, as required by DOT regulations. Medical: Current DOT Medical Card. Availability: Must be able to work third shift and/or weekends as required. Language: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; write concise correspondence; present information to customers and colleagues. Mathematics: Basic arithmetic with single‑digit numbers and military money. Appearance: Maintain a neat, clean appearance and wear complete uniform at all times. Physical Demands: Stand, walk, use hands to handle cash and equipment, occasionally lift or move up to 75 lbs.
