Quality Brands, your local Budweiser distributor, is hiring for Route Driver and CDL Trainees!
CDL Class A
Monday - Friday Schedule
Early Morning/Daytime Hours
No Evenings or Weekends
$24- $26 per hour DOE + $2000 SIGN ON BONUS paid over 1 year
Additional Quarterly Bonus up to $2000 per year
Quick Overview: Route delivery drivers are responsible for the delivery and merchandising of all products distributed by Quality Brands. They develop and maintain professional business relationships with all of our account partners.
Responsibilities:
Complete all delivery calls assigned for that day and additional delivery calls when directed by your Team Leader.
Unload product deliveries at accounts including all cases, bottles, pallets, and/or kegs using a pallet jack or hand truck.
Rotate all displays, backstock and shelves (where applicable).
Develop and maintain a professional business relationship with all customers.
Balance invoices and currency received.
Check in days ending load with Operations Team Leader/ Warehouse.
Complete Pre-Trip/Post-Trip and Vehicle Inspection Report forms daily.
Clean and organize the inside of the tractor and trailer daily.
Maintain a safety conscience work environment.
Drive safely and adhere to all State Driving Laws and Regulations.
Comply with all State Liquor Laws and Regulations.

Requirements:
21 years of age
CDL class A license or willing to obtain
Must be qualified to operate applicable Company vehicles
Capable of fulfilling non-normal workday hours including early morning
Physically able to handle all Company products - Department of Labor Level 4 Heavy Work Job Evaluation (exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly).
