Job Description

Buck Brothers Asphalt Paving & Concrete, a 5th-generation family-owned company, is looking for Class A Dump Truck Drivers to join our team. This is a steady local position with the opportunity to grow. You’ll be home daily, running primarily in NW Ohio and SE Michigan.

What You’ll Do:

• Haul asphalt, stone, millings, and dirt in tandem & tri-axle dump trucks.
• Pull tag trailers with heavy equipment.
• Work 5 days a week, ~6AM start, 40–60 hours/week (rare Saturdays).
• Occasionally assist with unloading or equipment cleanup.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (required).
• Dump truck or construction hauling experience preferred.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work.

Pay & Benefits:

• $23–$28/hr, weekly pay.
