Caretaker / Landscaper Couple (6368)

Established Ranch in Breckenridge, TX seeking a husband/wife team to live on property while managing and maintaining home and other structures. The self-motivated couple needs combined experience in housework, landscape, and building maintenance. Handyman skills to include landscaping, plumbing, irrigation, electrical, small engine operation/maintenance and general house repairs. Capacity to work outside in inclement weather, and able to lift 50lbs and climb stairs. Lodge Caretaker duties include high-detail housekeeping, managing multiple properties, organizing and managing contractors, supplies and inventory acquisition, and other special duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Couple needs to be capable to work and communicate with team members and family, complete reporting requirements. Successful applicants will have a positive work ethic, high integrity, an eye for detail, trustworthiness, and strong communication skills. They will be self-starters, teachable, friendly, accountable and like-minded with family and guests. 3 or more years of experience is preferred.

Benefits:
Pay is $15/hour, 40 hours per week. M-F, occasional weekends.

Includes housing, paid utilities and full benefits. One truck included for work on ranch and business-related errands. A background check will be required for all qualified candidates.
