THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE As our Call Center Supervisor - Customer Service Manager, you'll embrace a full-time role with a flexible schedule, operating from Monday to Friday, 7-6, and occasionally on Saturdays from 9-2. In this dynamic position, you'll lead, inspire, and guide our dedicated customer service team to consistently deliver excellence. You'll oversee the dispatch board, ensuring calls are scheduled with precision, and optimizing both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your exceptional problem-solving skills will shine as you tackle customer issues with finesse, swiftly and effectively resolving concerns, leaving our valued customers delighted with our service.
All that you need to truly excel as our Call Center Supervisor - Customer Service Manager is the following:
- 5 years of dispatching experience
- 5 years of customer service experience
- 3 years of management experience
Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills are preferred!
