**Call Center Customer Service Representative** **- Seasonal**
**(NOT A REMOTE POSITION)**
**Lake Hamilton, FL 33851**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Answers incoming customer service calls.
+ Provides accurate information on products and advertisements by using correct methods and tools.
+ Processes orders, transactions and requests though the order entry program.
+ Resolves customer issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Accurately documents customer accounts of interactions, inquiries and issues for supervisor review and resolution.
+ Meets and exceeds customer service standards by handling calls in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
+ Collaborates with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
+ Participates in staff meetings for daily updates and changes, as well as other meetings, as required.
+ Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
**Requirements:**
+ High School or equivalent required
+ Customer service experience
+ Schedule flexibility
+ Phone etiquette
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Problem solving
+ Proficiency with typing
+ Ability to multitask
+ Call center experience
+ Must pass Background & Drug Screening.
**Shifts: 1st shift start 9am, 2nd shift start 1pm (8hr shifts)**
**2 Rotative Days off.**
**Ex:** **your days off can rotate through the week, can fall on weekdays or weekend days or both.**
**Pay:** $17.50/hour
