Compensation: $3,360 - $3,820 / month

Description

The Call Center Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide information about services, troubleshoot issues, and assist clients with problem resolution.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
• Follow up with clients to ensure that their concerns have been fully addressed.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Diaz Consulting NYC's services and offerings to provide accurate information.
• Assist with outbound calls for customer satisfaction surveys or to provide additional information.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call handling, and resolution time.
• Collaborate with the customer service team and other departments to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
