We are seeking a friendly and efficient Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Document and update customer records in the system.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service delivery and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to management to improve processes and customer experiences.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
