Job Description

The Call Center Customer Service Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and order status.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges following company procedures.
• Provide product recommendations and troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer applications, including CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

$800 - $1250 / week
