As a Business Partner within Our LEGO Agency, you will be the internal Agency Business Partner working with our Key Accounts Team to deliver strategic and creative work that is invincible. You have a track record of working with Key Accounts, in both online and offline commerce, with a strong specialization in shopper, retail, e-commerce and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Blending storytelling and commerce to create seamless, connected experiences that meet consumers and shoppers where they are, building brand loyalty and driving business success.
  • Leading integrated, strategic and creative excellence with internal and external partners, including account retail marketing teams.
  • Commercial problem solving acting as the business knowledge center within the agency to help teams focus on opportunities and work that will deliver for briefs and for the business.
  • Work with global counterparts to ensure campaign cohesiveness.
  • Onboard, evaluate and create briefs, while working with Project Management to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief.
  • Collaborate with partners across the organization as well as externally, building best-in-class creative partnerships with key accounts.
  • Utilize retailer and shopper insights to craft engaging narratives that connect with relevant audiences, and indirectly lead teams through project life cycles to ensure Agency output delivers against objectives.
  • Identify opportunities with strategy and create a pipeline of opportunities or support business needs to bring to marketing.
  • Be the voice of marketers in the agency; accountable for output that is strategic and delivers against objectives.
  • Champion creative ideas and ensure they land effectively while considering the organizational landscape.

Qualifications

  • Established background working with a digital shopper agency.
  • Ability to evaluate creative ideas against a business objective and creative brief.
  • Marketing experience with extensive background in Account Management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, diplomacy, leadership, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of our business and marketplace to drive teams to reach business goals.
  • Mastery of the marketing creative process (strategy, creative, production) and an Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid channel approach and mix.
  • Understanding of retail shopper insights and touchpoint mix.

Additional Details

  • This role is a Manager level position based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA.
  • Hybrid working model with an average of 3 days per week in the office.
  • No relocation assistance for this role.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $100,906.00 - $151,360.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. Details will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
