About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless operation of a pet care center, with a strong focus on driving key metrics and ensuring the delivery of gold standard medicine in partnership with the Lead or Partner Veterinarian. This role involves working closely with the corporate management team to meet budgetary, client satisfaction, and patient care goals. The Business Partner will also be tasked with maintaining a hospital culture consistent with the company's guidelines, overseeing client interactions, managing personnel and human resources, and ensuring the center's operations run smoothly. Applicants for the Business Partner position at the company should have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing a team of 10 or more, with a preference for those with management experience in a comparable industry. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in KPI management, change management, and a strong background in client services. The ideal candidate will have excellent conflict management skills, the ability to work independently, and a critical thinking approach to problem-solving. Extreme customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to work with the veterinary team to ensure the highest standards of medical quality and client education. The role also involves financial responsibilities, including basic P&L understanding, and a focus on the ongoing growth of the pet care center.
