In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our team in support of a federal client. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of operational functions across multiple regional and field offices.

About this role:

This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a deep understanding of federal processes, particularly in investigative support, travel management, and compliance reporting.

Location:

• Hanover, Maryland and Multiple locations across United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support investigative operations by tracking case progress, managing portfolios, and assisting with task coordination across regional and field offices
• Review and validate travel documentation in the Defense Travel System (DTS) prior to supervisor approval
• Monitor and report on quarterly performance metrics for regional teams
• Assist with budget planning and reporting related to office supplies, equipment, and training needs
• Coordinate and support safety and self-inspections, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Facilitate support services including equipment maintenance, technical assistance, and custodial coordination
• Maintain and manage electronic and physical records; ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Interpret and apply operational policies and procedures; communicate guidance clearly across teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business operations or administrative support role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and leadership levels
• Proven experience with federal systems such as DTS or similar travel/financial platforms
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-paced, mission-focused environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Active Top Secret Clearance
