Cicero Business Analyst

At Cicero, Business Analysts are the heart of the consulting process and challenged every day by colleagues and project leads to develop new skills and achieve professional goals. This is an entry level position. As a Cicero Business Analyst, you will:

• Execute the research and analyses that define our strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven solutions in projects such as (but not limited to):
• Organization Transformation
• Private Equity Due-Diligence
• Strategic Development/Implementation
• Market Research & Assessments
• Manage diverse and impactful internal initiatives

While there is no single educational or professional background that best prepares you for a fulfilling career at Cicero, we typically look for the following qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or graduate degree
• Excellent academic record and grade point average
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to think independently and meaningfully collaborate with teams
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are always welcome and appreciated)
• Effective organization skills and ability to multi-task
• Exceptional ambition and leadership skills in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings
