LOCATION: Plano, Texas (Exact address TBD)
SHIFTS:
Flexible and rotating shifts available. You can anticipate 1-2 shifts per week guaranteed. Shifts will be from Wednesday-Sunday, ranging in hours. All schedules will be provided 2 weeks in advance to give staff opportunity to confirm their shifts.
We are open during the following hours (subject to change):
Wednesday: 3pm-9pm
Thursday: 3pm-9pm
Friday: 1pm-10pm
Saturday: 10am-10pm
Sunday: 10am-10pm

PAY RATE:
Retail and Lobby- $20/hour
Harper- $23/hour
YOUR QUEST (aka DUTIES):
We're looking for energetic, versatile Brand Ambassadors who love to create unforgettable moments!
LOBBY Attendant: The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by managing ticket sales, scanning in guests, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Sell tickets to customers accurately and efficiently, using a computerized ticketing system
Provide information about event schedules, pricing, and promotions.
Maintain knowledge of all current and upcoming experiences to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Address customer concerns, complaints, or ticketing issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Excellent accuracy when using POS systems
Demonstrate ownership in cleaning, re-stocking, & any other tasks assigned by your supervisor
Keep current on promotions & sales in store and events at D&D Immersive Quest
General Qualifications
Previous ticketing and POS experience preferred (FEVER)
High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience in comparable company
Be willing to work extended hours during busy hours of operations
Must be able to work STAT holidays, weekends & overtime as needed
HARPER: You will use your acting skills to welcome guests into the dungeon, set up their experience inside the dungeon, assist guests in answering questions, provide information and guidance, and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment.
**This role requires previous acting or performing skills. Will be required to wear a Harper costume as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting skills are required and a costume will be worn for this role
Provide a high level of customer service, answering guest inquiries and providing accurate information about the experiences, events, or performances.
Guide guests to facilities, such as restrooms and exits, while ensuring their safety and comfort.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the venue layout and emergency procedures to assist guests in case of any issues or emergencies.
Assist in crowd management, including line control, directing traffic flow, and ensuring orderly entry and exit of guests during peak times or high-demand events.
Monitor event areas to ensure compliance with venue policies and rules, such as photography restrictions or food and beverage regulations.
Address guest concerns, complaints, or disruptive behaviour in a professional and diplomatic manner, escalating issues to the Assistant Operations Manager when necessary.
General Qualifications:

Must be able to take constructive feedback & make necessary changes
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
Accuracy in opening & closing procedures
Able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time

MERCHANT: Retail Sales- Our market merchant employees are responsible for creating the ultimate retail experience for the guests and provide guests with a legendary experience each time they enter the store.
Key Responsibilities
This is a costumed position.
Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our guests
Greet guests & ascertain their interest, so you may make sales recommendations
Excellent accuracy when using POS systems
Demonstrate ownership in cleaning, re-stocking, & any other tasks assigned by your supervisor
Present merchandise to increase sale with add on items
Must be able to describe merchandise features, benefits, and explain use
Keep current on promotions & sales in store and events at Illuminarium
Maintain inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts.
Work at our concession stand and photobooth as required.
Assist the Gift Shop set-up team with the merchandising of event gift shops including merchandise placement, inventory control, cleaning of shops & fixtures
General Qualifications
Previous POS experience (Lightspeed preferred)
High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience in comparable company
Be willing to work extended hours during busy hours of operations
Must be able to work STAT holidays, weekends & overtime as needed
Able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
