Bookkeeper - Part-Time St Peter the Fisherman Parish: Two Rivers, WI

Skills Required:

• Experience in Bookkeeping Required
• Experience with QuickBooks Preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite Preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate Degree in Accounting Preferred

Job Summary:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and providing administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping and secretarial duties, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
• Deposit and maintain collection records, including online deposits
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Process payroll, including withholding requirements and reports
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Manage office supplies and equipment
• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

• $19 - $23 hourly
