We work with leading mechanical and general contractors to produce 3D models and lead clash detection and coordination processes. Our services span 3D Intelligent Modeling, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), 4D scheduling, and 5D Cost Estimation across multiple platforms, including Revit and AutoCAD. This is a full-time, remote role for a BIM Manager - Plumbing. The BIM Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM projects, developing 3D models, leading clash detection and coordination processes, and producing 2D coordination and installation drawings. Additionally, the role involves overseeing project delivery, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination skills
• Virtual Design and Architecture experience
• Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) proficiency
• Strong understanding of project management and coordination
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other related BIM platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
