Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for receiving and shipping activities, ensuring products are staged prior to scheduled ship dates, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Additional duties as assigned.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse and shipping activities.


• Package all outbound shipments.


• Ensure shipment accuracy and compliance with regulations.


• Determine the best packaging methods for materials and products.


• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.


• Organize completed slot machine locations in the warehouse/manufacturing areas.


• Ensure packaging materials are available as needed.


• Update the production schedule, shipping log, and ASTRO system daily.


• Provide shipping notices to external and internal customers.


• Ship FedEx, DHL, and UPS, both international and domestic.


• Verify received materials and stock them in the proper location.


• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education / Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years in a distribution environment.


• Forklift experience required.


• Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish


• Ability to multitask and be a self-starter.


• Good problem-solving skills and basic computer skills, both verbal and written.


• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to retain information.


• Strong warehouse skills and prior experience in a similar position.

Physical Characteristics:

• Ability to stand, bend, and stretch for long periods.


• Ability to lift heavy boxes in excess of 100 lbs.
