How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

As an HR Specialist , you will be responsible for leading the full cycle of HR at our Euless manufacturing site. You will work closely with a team of experienced HRBPs and growing COEs to ensure appropriate staffing, coach management, provide employee relations counsel, and administer and interpret company policies. This role will be based in Euless, TX.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Partnering with plant leadership to align HR practices with operational goals, ensuring the workforce is engaged and productive.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to employees and supervisors on HR processes, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Implementing all-important initiatives that drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and balanced communications.
  • Driving recruitment and onboarding efforts for production roles, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently and new hires are quickly set up for success.
  • Administering HR policies and compliance programs to ensure consistency, transparency, and adherence to labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Managing HR data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while supporting decision-making with relevant metrics.
  • Leading or supporting HR projects, such as engagement surveys, retention initiatives, or change management efforts.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 3+ years Human Resources experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing/ distribution/ warehouse/ construction client groups

  • An in-depth HR Generalist background with experience that touches on recruiting, compensation, talent management, HRIS, and employee relations
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills including in-depth root cause analysis, consistent reference to long-term plans and goals, and critical and confident action
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Dexterity with computer software (like Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to further solutions and communication
  • Validated affinity for working in a large-scale workforce management
