Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative - Lakeland, FL
Salary: $19.06 per hour / $38,405.90 annually
+10% Bilingual Skill Differential

• $1,500 sign on bonus for those with a Personal Lines license, ask your recruiter for more details!
• $1,000 completion incentive after successfully completing training and orientation (around 6 months)
• 10% evening differential for applicable shifts
• 20% weekend differential for applicable shifts

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• In office position - must commute to 3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
