As a Recruiter, you will be screening candidates to match them with jobs at our client companies. This is a fast-paced customer service position that requires above average computer skills. You will develop long-lasting, growing relationships with clients. Your recruiting efforts will include community involvement, social media participation, networking and hiring events, and time spent on the phone and computer. Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required, advanced degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license w/proof of auto insurance
- Type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Strong Multi-Tasking Skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure, rapidly-changing, and stressful situations
