Promise Healthcare has a community health center in Champaign, Illinois and clinics on Bloomington Road and Neil Street in Champaign and school-based clinics in Urbana and Rantoul.

Promise Healthcare seeks a Mental Health Supervisor to provide 1-hour per week of clinical supervision per licensed social worker or licensed professional counselor. Must be a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). This position may work remotely, from home and be based anywhere provided applicant possesses a current State of Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker license.
Minimum Qualifications:
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of local medical and social service systems.
Strong documentation skills and comfort in an electronic health record.
Ability to work remotely.
Ability to adhere to assigned professional code of ethics.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
The applicant must possess a Master's Degree, and be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Physical setting: May work remotely, from home.
Schedule: 1-3 hours per week over the lunch hour
COVID-19/Flu considerations: Must be COVID and Flu Vaccinated, willing to become vaccinated, or willing to wear a mask if on-site during Upper Respiratory Season (approximately Oct. 1st through Mar 1st).
Education: Masters (required)
License/Certification: LCSW (required)

Champaign is 2.3 hours from the Chicago O'Hare International Airport with daily train transportation.
