We are currently looking for a dynamic, service-minded Beverage/Bar Manager to lead our team.

Our Managers ensure we are delivering gracious hospitality in all departments of The HUB Stadium and lead, coach and inspire their team members to do just the same.
The Beverage/Bar Manager is responsible for creating a vibrant, efficient and well managed bar and is responsible for ensuring the bar exceeds expectations for organization, efficiency, cleanliness and quality.
Qualifications
· 3 or more years of Bar Manager/Service Management Experience in a high volume or upscale dining establishment with a full-service bar
· Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.)
· Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented with a sense of urgency
· Infectious personality with the ability to engage and develop team members
· Must be passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating amazing guest experiences
· Must be able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs.
· Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and cocktails making
· Flexible availability including nights, holidays and weekends a must
Responsibilities
· Create a welcoming and dynamic experience for our bar guests.
· Set the tone, feel and energy of the bar and manage all moving parts of the bar with grace and ease
· Will hire, train and continuously develop staff. The Bar Manager is in charge of ensuring that excellence is the only acceptable benchmark within the bar
· Supervise bar staff, establishing positive working relationships
· Monitor cocktail recipes, portions, garnishing and presentation are followed according to our standards
· Must be able to effectively and proactively manage beer/wine and liquor costs, mixes and perishables
· Innovative and thoughtful on how to control costs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service
· Maintain a clean and organized bar and keep record of inventory and equipment by anticipating demand
· Works as a team member to support other restaurant employees in their duties
· Scheduling regular training sessions for the staff
· Ensure government regulations are followed
Assist guest and staff with wine pairings, assist in pre-shifts to educate staff about new craft cocktails, wine or beer
· Ensure all closing procedures are handled properly, efficiently, and correctly.
Pay is commensurate with experience with opportunity for growth
