In-Home Part-Time Behavioral Therapist - Sharon, MA

Competitive pay at $20-$25 per hour based on experience

The hours you would work with the client:

Client's availability: Monday & Tuesday 4:15-6:15 (Canton), Wednesday & Thursday 4:00pm-6:00pm (Sharon), and Sunday 9am-11/11:30am (alternates between Canton & Sharon) (10-10.5 hours total)

Behavioral Technician Responsibilities:

• Conduct and implement 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment as determined in the client’s treatment plan
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and clinical supervisors

Behavioral Technician Requirements:

• High school degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, and/or Sociology)
• Prior experience in ABA therapy and/or working with special needs children is preferred
• Must be able to pass a CORI background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be punctual, communicative, and reliable
• Must have an active RBT certification or complete the free online 40 hour training course prior to starting and take the exam within 1 month of employment
