*In-Home Part-Time Behavioral Therapist - Arlington, MA *

Competitive pay at $20-$25 per hour based on experience

*The hours you would work with the client:*

Client 1: Client's availability: Monday-Friday (3 days a week after 2:45pm-6:45pm/3:00pm-7:00pm and 2 days a week 2:45pm-7:15pm/3:00pm-7:30pm) *(21 hours total)*

Client 2: Client's availability: Monday-Friday 9:30am-1:30pm *(20 hours total)*

Client 3: Client's availability: Monday-Friday 4:00pm-6:00pm *(10 hours total)*

*Behavioral Technician Responsibilities:*
* Conduct and implement 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment as determined in the client’s treatment plan
* Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
* Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
* Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and clinical supervisors

*Behavioral Technician Requirements:*
* High school degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, and/or Sociology)
* Prior experience in ABA therapy and/or working with special needs children is preferred
* Must be able to pass a CORI background check
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must be punctual, communicative, and reliable
* Must have an active RBT certification or complete the free online 40 hour training course prior to starting and take the exam within 1 month of employment
