We are seeking an Associate Attorney with bankruptcy experience. The ideal candidate has knowledge of bankruptcy and experience with both Chapter 7s and Chapter 13s. Qualifications:
· JD degree
· Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
· Demonstrated expertise with both Chapter 7s and Chapter 13s bankruptcy cases
· Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience:
· Law firm experience of 2 or more years
License:
· Active member of the Arizona State Bar (Required)
