Duties: Provide legal assistance to the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights team. Draft memoranda, loan documents, court briefs, and bankruptcy-related pleadings. Collect and organize financial statements, appraisals, valuations, and relevant statutes for case preparation. Collaborate with the team on state and federal receivership cases. Participate in commercial creditors' rights litigation, including lien enforcement, lender liability claims, and voidable transfer actions. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and creditors' rights. Experience working with secured and unsecured creditors. Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent time and project management abilities. Self-motivated with a strategic mindset for advancing cases. In-court experience (hearings or trial work) is a plus.
