Responsibilities:
Process customer retail and lease titles and registrations with accuracy and efficiency.
Manage, log, and track titles for out-of-state customers, ensuring timely follow-up.
Handle resale title processing and related documentation.
Prepare checks for title batches, registrations, and license plates.
Organize, mail, copy, and file all deal-related paperwork for retail and lease transactions.
Update "Title Status" and "Comments" in Lightyear DMS system.
Issue refund checks to customers as needed.
Reconcile assigned accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in processing high volumes of work.
Excellent organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
Prior automotive title experience is an advantage.
Experience in a consolidated accounting office setting is a plus.
Training available for candidates without prior automotive title experience.
