As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting our valued customers in finding the perfect vehicle to fit their needs. You will utilize your exceptional sales skills to build relationships with potential and existing customers, provide exceptional customer service, and close deals to achieve company goals.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customers' automotive needs and present suitable options
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Conduct test drives and accurately explain vehicle capabilities
- Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring maximum profitability for the dealership
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure future and repeat business
- Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
- Continuously educate yourself on new products, features, and industry trends
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
- Customer-centric mentality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
