RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dress in a neat and business-like manner
• Be punctual, maintain a good attendance record and keep appointments with customers
• Presence on the sales floor or lot to meet and greet customers
• Arrange test drives for customers to demonstrate the features and options of the vehicle
• Complete paperwork that the Dealership requires for purchase and financing
• Exceed customer expectations by providing excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized with a positive attitude
• Ability to overcome objections for the purpose of closing a vehicle sale
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid Nevada Driver’s License or able to obtain, and good driving record
• Able to obtain Nevada state sales license
