AASSISTANT CORPORATION COUNSEL – CIVIL LITIGATION
The Law Department is seeking candidates to work in the Civil Litigation Section. The potential candidate will be handling tort claims, including but not limited to, dangerous condition cases, slip and falls, property damage, motor vehicle accidents, employment discrimination, and breach of contract matters. The potential candidate will also be handling civil rights violations cases such as false arrest/imprisonment, improper use of force, and improper police pursuits.
Preferred Candidate will have prior trial court experience. A Juris Doctor Degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school and admission to practice law in the State of New Jersey is required.
