Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Storefront Supervisor to help oversee daily store operations and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role serves as the acting manager when the Store Manager is off-duty, ensuring the store always has strong leadership in place. If you’re a motivated leader with a passion for fashion, customer service, and team management, we’d love to have you on board! What You’ll Do: Act as the manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is off-duty, ensuring smooth store operations. Lead the sales floor, providing an elevated customer experience and driving sales. Oversee cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures. Assist in scheduling, team management, and shift delegation to ensure productivity. Train, mentor, and support staff to maintain high performance and morale. Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store appealing. Manage inventory movement, including receiving shipments and conducting stock audits. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, providing guidance to staff when needed. Work closely with the Store Manager to complete operational tasks, including reporting and supply orders. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach. Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and store operations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and move easily throughout the store.
