• Establishes a relationship with clients to define their needs.
• Create design concepts to meet architectural and interior design solutions.
• Develops space plans that meet the functional and aesthetic program requirements.
• Specification of materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories within the project budget.
• Produces detailed and coordinated architectural construction drawings.
• Ensures designs meet applicable codes and regulations in coordination with project architect.
• Coordinates design and implementation with project consultants and construction team members.
• Coordinates with project managers while maintaining thorough and accurate communication and project documentation from project inception to completion.
• Participates in marketing and business development efforts.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Handles the most complex projects and responsible for all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
• Serves as primary liaison contact with clients to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
• Works closely with in-house Project Management teams to actively manage client budgets and schedules.
• Provides oversight and monitoring of work of internal team members as well as consultants.
• Responsible for code review and quality control for assigned projects and assists with these efforts on other projects as needed.

The pay range for this role is $50-57/hr . This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire and schedule type).
