We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English teachers who are excited to work with children ages 3 to 18. Key Responsibilities:
Teach one-on-one English lessons to children aged 3-18
Deliver 25-minute lessons using Total Physical Response (TPR) to keep students engaged and motivated
Bring energy, approachability, and reliability to every lesson
Open a minimum of 10 peak hours per week
Follow provided curriculum and teaching materials
Be punctual, prepared, and ready to create a positive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
Education: A Bachelor's degree (preferred in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, English, or Literature)
Certification: A teaching license or certificate issued by a US or Canadian government state agency or a recognized teaching association
Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience in a public or international school
Teaching Skills: Ability to teach using the TPR (Total Physical Response) method
Personal Traits: Energetic, approachable, and passionate about inspiring young learners
Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and able to teach independently
Technical Requirements:
PC specifications: Windows Intel Core i5 2.3 GHz or above, MacBook Pro/iMac post-2016, or MacBook Air post-2020 with 8GB RAM or more
Internet connection: Stable fiber connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps network bandwidth (minimum 10 Mbps download speed)
Accessories: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a tidy, well-lit, quiet teaching space
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 6 PM to 9 PM Beijing Time
Saturday to Sunday: 9 AM to 9 PM Beijing Time
Must be available to open a minimum of 10 peak hours per week
