About the Role
The Company is in search of experienced Advisory Board Members to provide strategic guidance in various areas, including sales, marketing, and operations. Responsibilities for this remote role include being available to the management team for periodic consultations, evaluating potential risks and opportunities, and leveraging professional networks to connect the organization with valuable resources and industry experts. The role also involves contributing to the development and review of policies and best practices that align with the organization's mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes at least 15 years' experience in a range of relevant skills, with a preference for those who have worked in the MedTech space. Candidates for the Advisory Board Member position should possess excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, high energy, and a customer-focused background. A proven track record of consistent goal achievement, strong leadership, and management experience is essential. While previous advisory experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the company streamline workflows and reduce workloads to ultimately enhance the experience for both healthcare staff and patients.
