Job Description

As an Advanced Mfg Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will optimize production processes, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with teams to achieve operational excellence and innovation. You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency, quality, and productivity of our advanced manufacturing operations.

You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.

In this role, you will impact the overall success of our manufacturing operations by implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product introductions (NPI) for the Engines & Power Systems (E&PS) sub business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.

  • 2+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
