General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) has an immediate opening for an Electrical Engineer in San Jose, CA. This position offers the chance to advance cutting-edge technologies supporting national defense and intelligence services. GDMS employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions for high-stakes national security missions. The Electrical Engineer will be part of an innovative team evaluating RF systems, such as RADARs, jammers, or communications systems, including their software and signals, for capabilities, performance, and vulnerabilities. Effective collaboration within multi-disciplinary engineering teams is essential, with a focus on communication and innovation. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work and security clearance requirements. Clearance Requirements: Department of Defense TS/SCI clearance is preferred at hire. Candidates will undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
