Location: Walpole, MA

We are searching for a Caregiver to provide care for one of our valued clients. Our client has advanced Dementia so we are searching for a passionate caregiver who can adapt to the varying level of care that is needed. Our client also enjoys going on outings. A Caregiver skilled and willing to do heavy transfers and repositioning is necessary for this case.

Shifts are currently from 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM on Monday--Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Ready to assist with ADLs
• Need to provide assistance with mobility
• Heavy transfer and repositioning capability
• Assist with range of motion exercises
• Comfortable transporting client

Qualifications:

• Must have experience working with clients with Parkinson's
• Must have your own vehicle, driver's license and valid car insurance
• Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality are strict requirements
• Must have at least one year of caregiving experience
