Fair Meadow Nursing Home and Assisted Living located in Fertile, MN is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)/Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) to join our team. Fair Meadow is dedicated to providing quality care in a small-town setting and offering a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where residents receive personalized care with dignity and respect. Fair Meadow’s campus includes a 42-bed skilled nursing facility and an assisted living facility with 19 resident apartments.
Fair Meadow’s NHA/LALD is responsible for the overall management and success of the facility, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities include oversight of day-to-day operations, daily collaboration with management team, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Qualifications: Valid MN NHA and LALD licenses, experience in long-term care, strong leadership skills.
Benefits: Competitive salary ($103,000 - $141,000 annually depending on experience), health and dental insurance, public employee retirement plan, and paid time off.
